Meet the Need exists to help Christian organizations like yours reach more people for Christ by “Mobilizing their Members to Ministry”. We do this by providing a simple means to put the Great Commission into practice…by making people aware of specific felt, tangible needs they can meet in their local communities and around the globe.

By the way, when we say meeting “needs”, we are not talking about writing a check. Meet the Need is about face-to-face contributions of people’s time, effort and resources. We are about providing avenues for churches, ministries and individual Christians to share the gospel of Jesus Christ in the most tangible and real way…through acts of service! Whether that entails donating used items to local families, volunteers spending weekends working with your ministry, or people deciding to go overseas to work with a missionary organization, Meet the Need points people to the vast array of needs that God has uniquely equipped them to meet.

But Meet the Need is much more than a worldwide database of needs. Because churches and ministries are the backbone of outreach, we have built a comprehensive solution to support your outreach efforts! When you register with Meet the Need, you get access to all of the outreach tools and services we offer, including:

	Outreach Software – Our system completely automates the entire giving process, from online registrations, to customizable searches, to matching of donors with recipients, to online donation confirmations and testimonials…with automated communications at every step along the way.
	Outreach Services – Our Christian-staffed Call Center is available 24x7 to take calls from families in need on your behalf, post those needs, and follow up on pending donations to those families. Our technology does the rest!
	Outreach Planning – Our staff works with you to design effective outreach programs using Meet the Need technology and resources.
	Database & Search Engine – The needs database is structured to allow people to decide who, what and where they want to help: whether it’s a family or organization, whether it’s goods or services, and whether it’s in the US or abroad.
	Account Management & Reporting – We provide you with an online, private Dashboard containing a complete history of the outreach activities of everyone associated with your organization so you can truly see the impact you've had in your community!

…and all of Meet the Need's services, support and software is available for a nominal monthly membership fee to churches and ministries who share our vision for spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. We do not want the cost of Meet the Need to impede anyone from being part of this global effort to mobilize the Christian community to meet the needs of those less fortunate. As a 501(c)3 Public Charity, Meet the Need is funded in large part by donations from a select group of individuals and foundations that believe in our mission and feel called to support this ministry.
