operated by The North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist
Convention, Inc. ("NAMB"), and all use of the Website is governed by the
following terms of use ("Terms"). These Terms apply to everyone who uses the
Website and all of the content on the Website.
Overview
Be wise. The content you make available on the Website can be viewable by others.
Do not put any sensitive or confidential information on the Website, but only
content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.
Be responsible. You are responsible for your use of the Website and for the content
(information, writings, pictures, and other material) you make available on the
Website, including any consequences that arise from such use and content.

The Website is intended to be a web-based tool to help
churches, groups and individuals find ways to connect with church planters,
missionaries and other churches and ministries across North America for
hands-on projects and ongoing partnerships. You may not use the Website in a
manner or for any purpose contrary to these Terms. The following content and
activity is specifically prohibited on the Website: abusive communications,
threats of violence or harm, impersonation of others or other false assertions
of fact, violation of intellectual property or privacy rights, spamming,
solicitation of business or other commercial use, selling or squatting on user
names, or other abuse, misuse or unlawful use of the Website. We reserve the
right to remove or refuse any content on the Website and to terminate accounts
or reclaim usernames if there is a violation of any of these Terms.
Privacy
Information that you post or provide on the Website is
covered by and subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our
collection and use of your information.
Assessing Content
on the Website
We do not necessarily endorse the opinions expressed on
or through the Website, or represent or guarantee the truthfulness,
completeness, or reliability of any content on or accessed through the Website.
This includes content accessed through links to third-party websites, blogs,

are used under license by NAMB. The Website is protected by copyright,
trademark, and other laws of the United States and other countries. Nothing in
these Terms gives you a right to use the NAMB name or any other trademark,
logos, domain names, and other intellectual property of NAMB. By setting up an
account and agreeing to these Terms, you may access and use the Website. This
license is for the sole purpose of enabling you individually to use the Website
in the manner permitted by these Terms.
Limitations of the Website and Liability
The Website is provided to you "AS IS" and
"AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranty that the Website will be
uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. NAMB is not responsible or liable for
your use of the Website or any content on the Website. You are solely
responsible for your use of the Website, for any content you provide, and for
any consequences thereof, including the use of your content by others.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAMB AND ITS AGENTS
DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NAMB AND ITS AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR
OTHER LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR
USE THE WEBSITE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE WEBSITE;
AND (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT,
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER
LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH

Copyright or Other
Violations
If you believe that your content has been copied in a way
that constitutes copyright infringement, or you have experienced or observed
other activity that does not comply with these Terms, please notify us
immediately at webmaster@namb.net.
Legal
These Terms and any legal action related thereto will be
governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to or application
of any conflict of law provisions. All claims, legal proceedings or litigation
arising in connection with the Website will be brought solely in Fulton County,
Georgia and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and
waive any objection as to inconvenient forum. Our failure to enforce any aspect
of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such aspect. In the event that
any aspect of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of
these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Any claim or dispute arising from or related to this agreement
shall be settled by mediation and, if necessary, legally binding arbitration in
accordance with the Rules of Procedure for
Christian Conciliation of the Institute for Christian Conciliation,
a division of Peacemaker® Ministries (rules available at www.Peacemaker.net). Judgment
upon an arbitration decision may be entered in any court otherwise having
jurisdiction. The Parties understand that these methods shall be the sole
remedy for any controversy or claim arising out of this agreement and expressly
waive their right to file a lawsuit in any civil court against one another for
such disputes, except to enforce an arbitration decision.
Without
limiting specific indemnification obligations set forth in other paragraphs of these
Terms, you and your beneficiaries agree to indemnify NAMB, and their respective
directors, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, employees, against
any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, suits, actions, liabilities,
losses and judgments, including, reasonable attorneys' fees and legal expenses,
based upon third party claims for your acts or omissions, including your
employees, agents or contractors, except to the extent those claims are caused
by the negligence or intentional misconduct of NAMB or its employees. This
obligation shall extend beyond you ceasing to use the Website. NAMB is not be
liable to you for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages,
including without limitation loss of profits, arising out of obligations
contained in these Terms.
This Is Our
Agreement
These Terms, along with others that may be referenced
directly herein, are the entire and exclusive agreement between NAMB and you
regarding the Website, superseding anything else. By creating an account,
posting content, downloading content, or using or accessing any part of the
Website, you agree to abide by all of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most
current version will always be posted on the Website. We will attempt to notify
you of any updates or revisions via an announcement or posting on the Website. By
continuing to access or use the Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by
the revised Terms.
