You want control over the Directory, but you don't have time for all the data input and updates required. Therefore, Meet The Need's customized directory solution lets you:

1. Invite providers to register for the directory

2. Approve and activate their organization before they appear:

3. Set up the categories of services they may enter

4. Remove organizations who are no longer in your network

Features

Online Registration

Providers load all services, contacts, hours, etc.

Once you invite organizations to register, they go to your web site and fill out preset forms to create their entry in the directory, including:

• Contact details

• Mission of the organization

• Services offered (categories preset by you as the directory administrator)

• Description, contact details and hours of operation for each service

Administrative Approvals

You control who appears in the directory

Once organizations register, you will see their entry in your administrative "back end" interface. You can then decide whether to approve them and click the Activate button, which will instantly make their services appear in the Directory on your web site. At any time, you may deactivate a service provide that should no longer be listed, which will remove all of their services from the directory.

Full Search Capabilities

Users locate providers by service, geography, keyword, etc.

The directory will look exactly like your web site, with all of your normal menu options available on the directory pages. Users may search by any criteria they wish for the most appropriate service provider for their needs. When they select a provider, they can double-click to see and print all of the details about that organization, including their address, contacts, other services provided, etc.

User-Driven Updates

Offload maintenance of information to service providers

To ease the administrative burden on you as the network coordinator, Meet The Need permits service providers to log back in to their directory listing through your web site and update their own information. They may even add or delete their service offerings. You will see all of their updates on your administrative "back end" interface.

In the case of our directory solution, it is customized for each provider network and we must host it on a stand-alone basis for you. So we ask for contributions to compensate for delivering this valuable service to you.
