View and monitor the impact your ministry is having in your community on your private “Dashboard”:

Account Management

Your Dashboard allows you to edit preferences, your contact information, add Meet The Need’s search engine to your web site, decide whether to give someone access to your Dashboard, and more

You control what needs are in the database. You determine which needs to post and update, activate or deactivate needs you posted at any time. Needs can be for:
- Your Ministry
- Any Local Families Whose Needs You Posted
- Any Missionaries or Missions Trips (if applicable)
You first search offers from people in the community who have an interest in doing work with an organization like yours or from other organizations who have resources you need
For needs where there are no current offers, you can post volunteer and resource needs for your ministry. Post needs for multiple volunteers for a specific day, time and role and the number needed will automatically decrease as people sign up.
You can also post needs for any local families you’re trying to help. Or you can instead give families the phone number of Meet The Need’s Call Center, where we take calls on your behalf and post their needs for you
Let other staff members or volunteers post needs for you by making them a “Key Contact” when they add your ministry to their list of preferred organizations

See all promised commitments to your ministry or to families you’re helping, including all contact information for everyone who agreed to meet each specific volunteer or resource need you posted
For all needs you’ve posted, you’ll have a history of every Pending and Completed Commitment to your organization, along with the donors’ names, emails and phone numbers so you can stay in touch with them
