How it Works - Ministry Registration

Registering Your Ministry

  1. Apply at MeetTheNeed.org to become a Meet The Need user, including signing our Statement of Faith and Terms of Use
  2. A staff member at Meet The Need will contact you within 48 hours to get to know your organization better and discuss how we can best help you
  3. Meet The Need will activate your account
  4. You receive a welcome e-mail and can then log in to your access-controlled, private Dashboard
  5. You can then begin searching existing offers and posting needs for volunteers or resources for your ministry or for the families you want to help

Letting Those Interested in Your Ministry Register Under the Name of Your Ministry (Optional)

  1. Individuals who do volunteer work with your ministry and anyone else who is interested in the work you do may register under the name of your ministry in order to:
    • Receive automated e-mails each time you post a new need!
    • View the current needs of your ministry as soon as they log in!
  2. After they register, you “activate” their membership on your Dashboard
  3. You can also choose whether to allow a staff member or volunteer to post needs on behalf of your ministry by making them a “Key Contact” when they register under your ministry’s name
