View and monitor the impact your Team is having on your community on your private “Dashboard”, which includes 2 sections:
Tracking and Measuring Your Team’s Outreach Activity
View the giving activity of your Team through Meet The Need:
- Account Management – Edit preferences and decide whether to give another Team member access to your overall Team Dashboard
- Members – Activate individuals who registered under your Team to give them direct access to see the needs of your Team the next time they log in
- Commitment Activity – See the pending and completed commitments of the members of your Team
Posting Needs and Viewing the Status of Your Needs
You control what needs the members of your Team see on their private accounts by determining which needs to post and by activating or deactivating needs or recipients. For all of those needs you post, you can see the entire history of pending and completed commitments, including the needs of:
- Your Team Itself (e.g. for volunteers or materials for your Team’s service projects)
- Specific Members of Your Team or Local Families You Want to Help
